more noodles....

Wow. What a long hiatus away....not just from this blog, which was poorly planned out (time wise), but from food photography in general. What can I say....work and wedding planning took up all of my time.

But here are 2 new photos...

Here is a summer favorite dish -Nameko oroshi cold soba....grated daikon with mushrooms, and daikon sprouts. ...although this rendition at Ebisu could've been better. It all sort of congealed together and didn't have as much of the slipperyness I was looking for.



This here was the lunch pasta special at Blue Marlin.....eggplant, salmon, and mushroom. It was pretty good...had a homey feel to it, and I liked that it was kicked up by some chili peppers.
